Printhead
The core component responsible for ejecting ink onto the product surface. Print quality heavily depends on its condition.
Ink Cartridge / Ink Supply System
Holds and delivers ink (for TIJ and CIJ) or ribbon (for TTO). It's the main consumable and must be replaced regularly to ensure consistent performance.
Controller Unit / Mainboard
The central processing unit that controls printing operations, data input, and synchronization. Failure in this part can stop the entire printing process.
Sensor / Encoder
Detects product presence and ensures accurate timing for printing. A malfunctioning sensor can cause misalignment or missing prints.
Make-up Fluid / Solvent System (CIJ-specific)
